About Poblenou: the back story
Poblenou was Barcelona’s industrial district. Today its old factories house studios and offices of the 22@ district, its Rambla is a neighbourhood high street, and Bogatell and Mar Bella are the beaches locals choose.

Plaça de les Glòries is becoming a park, with Torre Glòries beside it.
Spend a morning on the beach and an afternoon in the streets.
The beaches
Bogatell and Mar Bella usually have more room than Barceloneta.
Our advice: walk the Rambla del Poblenou down to the sea.
